I have lived in Glenview for almost 35 years and when been insured with State Farm for 5 decades! This is my anniversary 50th year with them. When I finally needed them when my wife was hit by a liable driver my car was towed to a holding facility. After several days of mishaps (towing company and state farm at fault for miscommunication) I asked them if Gerber could please use a towing company next to them. The car was going to Gerber anyway. Finally the adjuster agreed. Gerber immediately was "on it". The car was towed and work commented right away. The estimator and lady who answers the phone were kind, caring and considerate of my multiple calls (partially because I had been delayed almost a week now) and because I was hoping for repair and not a total loss. I was provided details and the message that the repair was ... read more

Staff was courteous, friendly and professional. The front office gentlemen have a great way of making the experience less stressful. The work in my opinion was completed in a very timely fashion and they did an excellent job. I was constantly updated by Thomas, at least once per week. I would definitely return to this location if future services where needed .

Great experience all around. Not only is the work top notch, the people are professionals and genuinely fun to be around. Amy Feltus has been my advisor the past 3 times and she is incredible. She is pleasant, professional and delivers on time or ahead of schedule.

The men/women at Gerber Collision were very accommodating in getting my vehicle in right away for repairs following an initial assessment of what needed to be done. Every day, I was contacted and given a status as to what had been worked on and what still needed to be done. My vehicle was estimated to have been done on a Monday, but they surprised me and it was ready for me on Friday!! The men had me look at my vehicle prior to driving it off the lot to ensure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. I have never been treated this way in such a professional and courteous manner in any repair shop. The receptionist upon checkout was very friendly and definitely a people person. Everyone who assisted me throughout this process, I give them my highest rating.
