This last time they even repaired a missing piece that was not part of my needed service and it was free of charge! I can't say enough great things about their work and customer service. I was informed throughout the process. I knew exactly what was happening and when my car would be ready. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the car and opened up the door. My car had been vacuumed and wiped down and looked like new. That was service that did not have to be done but was. Very pleased with Gerber. I have used in the past I will continue to use in the future.
