Hector did an outstanding job on my truck. It looks better now than the day I took it off the lot. I was extremely impressed with the way Gerber delivers updates via text message. The messages were extremely accurate and punctual and it helped me with planning during my down time of not having the vehicle. I was pleased with the work that was done on my pickup. I was called one evening to let me know that it was finished. I went the next morning to pick it up, which was on a Saturday. Well, it was not done, the bug shield had not been installed. Since there were no one on hand to install the missing item on Saturday, I had to make an extra trip on Monday to have the work completed. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, I would rate the complete job including consultation a 9. Thank you
