They kept me informed every step of the way. They gave me an estimated completion date and then met it! I met them through my insurance, and now I know why they are a preferred vendor for USAA, because they give top-notch service. I will refer others to them!

I am very happy with my truck repairs. It is back to new again. Tom was very helpful and answered all my questions. Made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I now know when or if I ever need any other work done it will always go back to Tom at Gerbers. I will for sure let other people know about my experience as for it's hard to find a place with honest people that do a great job.

Five stars would have to be really super, so: overbooked due to hail repairs so took weeks to get to my simple paint repair; but ready way before scheduled and a great job. Like the convenient location; have liked this shop for several years. Good job team...

USAA referred me to Gerber. Patrick and his team treated me with professionalism and sincerity from the moment I walked through the door. I received regular emails, telling me the progress of the repair. Gerber kept in touch with Enterprise, to keep the car return date in sync with the repair completion date. My 40th Anniversary Pontiac Grand Prix looks like a million bucks again, thanks to the Gerber team in Gresham.

Went to Gerber Collision & Glass today on Route 70. Spoke to a very knowledgeable and helpful gentlemen Brad. He took the time to explain everything going on with my Nissan Rogue and how to remove the grease. Took the time to demonstrate how to apply the solvent and what do as a follow-up. I would recommend this place when your looking for a shop with people that pride themselves on great customer service.

Just stopped in for a quote on my car for some dents/scratches. Had asked one of the people who work there for a quote and they immediately stopped what they were doing to help. Ray (employee) had offered to give me quotes, advice on where to go, along with taking some scratches out in my car right away for FREE. What great customer service! Scheduling and feedback all ran like clockwork while my car was being repaired. Derek was swift prompt and courteous on check in and out. Hector kept me right up to date as my car progressed through its repair. He walked us out on collection and explained exactly what had been done. the car was immaculately clean when we picked it up well. Nice job-- great staff. Thanks.

They did an awesome job fixing my car's bumper. They thoroughly inspected the damage of my car and communicated with me through phone & also update me with the status through text messages every day.
