The people at this Gerber location were very professional. I dealt with Jared S. He was excellent and helped me save approx $200 (self-pay) by avoiding the purchase of new headlight. His timing estimate was smack-on. He called me (mid-stream) with update on timing of completions. I will recommend this location to my family & friends.

I was actually very impressed to encounter such attentive, professional and courteous service. In my experience, this area of FL can be very lacking in customer service. Even more so, car repair can be unpleasant. The staff were perfect- from front desk to actual tech to everyone in between- all were personable and knowledgable. Superb customer service. Staff is very pleasant and made me feel welcome. Clean and comfortable waiting room. Service was performed in less than one hour and it included a car wash and vacuuming and cleaning the interior which surprised and pleased me. I highly recommend this facility if you want great customer service combined with good quality work.

I hate dealing with car stuff and insurance stuff and any stuff that goes along with it. I was so surprised that the process of fixing my car was so easy. Gerber in Concord, NC made the process so easy and the people that work there deliver some of the best customer service I have seen in a while. They took they car when they said they would, delivered it when they said they would and the work was great. They even detailed my car while they had it and that made me so happy. I will recommend and use Gerber in Concord, NC again. A special shout out to the lady that works at the front desk. I don't remember her name but she was so pleasant.
