1. Jasmine is the 'face' for Gerber at this location. Polite, keeps eye contact, answers questions, sensitive to customer stress. 2. Alex did the estimate, quiet calm, answered questions. overall good customer information over the phone, polite and not rushed dispite the lateness of the hour on a Friday. 3. responses re:rental, time of pick up, etc. quick and efficient and polite please do not ask for eval on cell phone, the phone is very old and gets blown away. regards

That's about the time I met Gail in your customer service area. She was very warm and welcoming. She arranged for my rental service to pick me up and explained the process of what I should expect with my repair. She made me feel like family and I was much more relaxed to leave my vehicle.

I had used Gerber in Glenview before for another car. So when I needed collision repair it was so great that I didn't have to go to different shops and get estimates and not be sure of the quality, as my car is only 1 and 1/2 years old. There was no question where to go. I went to Gerber and got an estimate, and State Farm did not ask for a 2nd estimate. Every person I spoke with either in person or by phone made me feel as if I was their only customer. Each staff member listened very carefully to my concerns, which is so rare these days to find in customer service. The morning my car was to be ready, they noticed a small air bubble in the paint, so my car was repainted, and was ready the following day. I just love the text messages and phone calls with updates, again making me feel that my business was very important to them. What is at the very outset good, if not comforting is the way you are greeted immediately in the door of the office. Gary S. and others lighten the grim atmosphere within which you tend to walk in the place (having a wrecked car) and they know to remind you of little details and make sure you get out the door with all your belongings before leaving the car etc etc. My car was done early-- two days early; and believe me, at Christmas time that was a great relief. I appreciated the daily updates from Gerber and at the end the welcome and service when I returned to pick up the car. For sure at this office of Gerber I met three welcoming, upbeat, (smiling) and professional individuals. Of course I hope I never see Gerbers again :). But if I did, this would be the shop! Thanks Gerbers...usually excellence flows from the top!

Had an auto collision back 10/07/2017, first place I thought of was Gerber Collision, as they have worked on my previous vehicle many years ago, and I admired their work. There was a wait period of almost a month for them to schedule me in, however they were worth the wait. Wendy Bernal was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. She called and updated me twice a week, to inform progress with my vehicle. My 2014 Red SE Camry looks brand new, Know one would ever know it was in an auto collision. They are great and guarantee the work lifetime. I will keep them in mind for any future work, and highly recommend them.
