Awesome.....is the service that I received from the time I walked in the door on 12/19. Robert, Brandi and team made a stressful and inconvenient situation less painful. I felt Brandi worked above and beyond with pleasure to assist me in getting a rental car and gathering all my information. She was very patient and accommodating and I really appreciated that. Robert was also fantastic, very detailed, set my expectations and executed on exactly what he promised. I left my car feeling like no stress and that she and I were in very good hands. When I picked up the car it looked as good as new as Robert said it would. Thanks to the entire Gerber team for a job well done. Frank and his team did an AMAZING job! Frank was so incredibly helpful from the beginning when I first had my accident, to the end when I picked my car up. He constantly called just to update me on the status of my car, and explained things very well. I felt like he genuinely cared about helping me in my situation and never felt like just another number on their list. This has been the best experience, and I really appreciate all that they did. I am so impressed with this company this location. The people at the front are absolutely professional, the best customer service I have seen in a very long time.
