I could NOT believe how fast they worked my car, AND when I couldn't pick up due to other pressing appointments all week after work they delivered my car AND took the rental back for me! Talk about service!!! You just don't see that anymore! Chris, my tech, was in constant contact with me via text messages. We dropped the car off on Sunday night, Chris gave a finish date of Thurs., then called me on Tuesday afternoon saying it was ready! TWO DAYS! That's it! TWO! And looking at my bill I believe that was a very good price for the repairs required! We also used Gerber Collision when my husband's car was hit. That was a different shop and was wonderful as well! I would HIGHLY recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who needs auto body repair work done! Check out the damage! Now it looks PERFECT!

My Mazda CX5 had been rear ended. My car was in the shop for a couple of weeks. I appreciated the twice a week text messages to keep me appraised of the progress. The work was completed ahead of schedule, as we reached the ready for pick up date, I received multiple text messages per day from Brian P. The repair looks great, not only am I back to New Car condition, they detailed the car IN and OUT. I am very happy with the whole experience.

After having extensive repairs on my bumper 2 months ago, I must say that Gerber did an amazing job restoring it to a like new condition. Today, someone hit my car and bumper in a parking lot and left no note. I brought it back to Gerber expecting a repair that was going to cost me a few thousand dollars. Jeffery K. took a look at it and said he might be able to clean up the scapes and scratches. He went and grabbed his cleaning supplies and buffed out ALL the scrapes on my bumper. Jeffrey was so kind to do this as he saw how upset I was. I can't tell you enough what a wonderful shop this is. Hopefully there will be no more accidents, but if so I will use Gerber again. Such a great experience, their work is incredible.

I was in an auto accident. Other vehicle's insurance was Hartford and they referred me to Gerber. I was very satisfied with the way they handled me and my auto. All repairs were done in a timely manner with no problems. They treated me with the utmost respect and answered all of my questions. I was extremely satisfied with everything and did not expect such professionalism in this day and age. I plan to use Gerber for any auto problems that I might have and will gladly refer my friends to Gerber for their needs. I wish I had discovered Gerber a long time ago. Thank you.
