I was notified of repairs made, and ready for pick up on date promised. My truck is back in mint condition. Gail and Stephen were very professional, and knowledgable involving my truck. My son had a learning experience while backing out of the garage with the car door open. The door bent enough to cause a loud whistle while driving. I brought the car to Jeff at the Anthem Gerber Collision and Glass to get an estimate. Jeff told me that if the bent parts needed to be replaced, it would be $400. He asked if I could let one of his people take it apart to get a better look. Shortly after that, he came back saying they were already able to fix the door. He had me take the car for a drive to make sure there was no more noise, and told me if it was good that there would be absolutely no charge. The car looks great. No more whistling noise while driving. No charge. We have three boys driving, and one more about to get his license. I'm sure I will need a body shop again, and when I do, I'm going back to Jeff in Anthem.

Allstate referred us to Gerber Collision & Glass to estimate the damage and do the repairs. We chose to use their service because Allstate guaranteed the work. We are very happy with the results. I was completely satisfied with the service I received. Everyone I spoke with was cordial and straight to the point regarding my auto. I appreciated the phone calls on updates as to the progress of the repairs to keep me informed. I only wish that I had taken photos of the before and after to show the great job that was done.
