I decided to come to Gerber because of an interaction I had with one of the employees the week before. Something was dangling from the bottom of my car and I stopped to see what they could tell me. It was just a cover to something that had broken loose. He got under the car and fixed it with a plastic tie with no charge to me. I decided this was an honest place to do business with and set up an appointment to bring my car in to be repaired. Not only were the office staff professional and knowledgeable, but they we're friendly, too. When I got in my car I saw that it was thoroughly cleaned like new! I was so impressed. I'm telling my friends about my experience!

The people I met (I am sorry I did not get the names) the young woman at the desk, the young woman estimator, and the young man who came out to look at the damage; were all very efficient and polite. When I picked up my car it looked almost brand new inside and out. They certainly took special care of the car and me. My daughter told me to use gerber and I will recommend gerber to anyone I can help. Thanks to them I felt great driving my car again and blessed to have met them all. June

I would like to commend Jose V. on the excellent handling of getting my vehicle back to me. I appreciate all the hard work of everyone. I was notified every step of the way and I also would like to state that the entire staff at the Hammond, IN location is great and friendly. I was able to stop in with my dog Diamond on our way home from the veterinarian. I was completely surprised and grateful to everyone. They treat you like family. Thank you to all that was involved.

Best customer service that you can get. By keeping you up to date on the progress and keeping their finish date, I've have yet to find any other collision shop to match them. All it took was two or three phone calls, and you knew the progress of work that has been done to your car. A truly 5 star place

Could not have been taken care of any better than at Gerber Collision. Everyone from the receptionist to the estimator were all very nice, helpful and pleasant. I felt I was being taken of by my good friends. The reception area was pleasant and kept very pleasant. The repairs looked very good to me and in fact, I even got my car back a few days sooner than expected. Thank you Gerber Collision for a pleasant experience. You can be sure that I will recommend your shop to everyone I know who needs repairs - and glass. In fact, a friend of mine said her husband takes their cars to the Brown Road shop as well and has been happy with all repairs.
