When I took my vehicle to Gerber Collision & Glass for collision damage I was made welcome from the receptionist to the people who looked my vehicle over. It took only one week to repair my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it looked like it was brand new inside and out. Great job by Gerber.

Fernando P. is great to work with he gave me daily updates on how far they had got on my repair. At one point he gave me a date that was the same day I had a very important appointment so I asked for the following day and the next thing I know he had called a day earlier and it was finished WOW he went the extra mile and had his guys finish ahead of time and when I did get it back I was very pleased on how good they did on everything real nice top notch job and a day ahead of time many thanks to him and his crew. I hope I never have to come back but if I do I know that I will be taken good care of.

I brought my car in recently for warrantee work and the service I received was excellent. Darrin M. carefully examined my car and explained everything needed very thoroughly. He was able to provide me with an accurate timeline for the repairs, and the office manager did a great job of keeping me informed of when the car would be nearing completion. On my arrival, the repair technician reviewed the repairs with me so that I was aware of what was done, and why. I did not get the office manager's or technician's name, but I want to thank them also, as they provided great service. Thanks much!
