First let me say that I hit a deer, hard! My damage was just under 14k when all was said and done! I thought my new car was going to total but the insurance decided it was worth too much and should be repaired. I was skeptical about having such extensive damage repaired at all and was a little uneasy about it but Dane, the General Manager, let me know that all parts would be test fitted and that if any aftermarket parts were not fit for use, that He would not allow them to be used and that I would have a lifetime warranty on the repairs. His explanation of the process and His impeccable customer service gave me all the faith in the world that these repairs were going to be done safely and properly. He also gave me daily updates, (even though I'm sure He is busy as the Manager) and took on the handling of my repair plan, personally. The ... repairs were extensive and of course parts were special order, only because my car is so new, but just as He had promised, He was able to give me a firm completion date after all of the parts had arrived and were checked for quality and fit. Fast forward 6 weeks to my car being finished... I was unable to get off work to pick my car up during normal hours, and Dane actually offered to make a home delivery with my car! The car was shiny, clean, the alignment was done, turbos were working properly and I was floored by the level of service I received from Dane! I'd also like to thank Davin, the technician who repaired my car! Thanks to the expertise and high standards of Dane and Davin, I am confident my repairs did put my car back to "pre-accident condition". In fact my car looks better than it did pre-accident!
