Gerber promised a one day repair, and did exactly that, even with having to order a couple of additional parts. Not only did they do an excellent job on the repair, when I picked up my car, I was surprised to find they had gone so far as to detail it...inside and out!! The staff at the Dublin Rd location are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend them, and use their services again if I ever need to do so.

This was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. From the moment I stepped in the door, all the staff was incredibly friendly and super helpful. My car was backed into and destroyed the front fender. Gerber did phenomenal work and brought my car back to perfect condition. Not only was the workmanship fantastic, they also assisted with the rental car process, and gave me both phone call and text updates on the progress of the repair. Going forward, if anyone needs a collision repair, Gerber will hands down be my recommendation!

My insurance company was unwilling to work with my usual repair shop, so I was apprehensive about switching to an approved Allstate location. But they were wonderful. They tirelessly answered questions over the phone, were very candid about the process and what I was best off doing, quoted me exactly what I ended up paying, kept me informed on a daily basis and had the car finished before the expected completion date. They were patient, courteous, conscientious and a pleasure to work with. The repairs looked great and they even cleaned the interior of my van and laid down floor covers to keep the vehicle pristine. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for future work.
