Nathan and his team were amazing! He worked it out so my older/ paid off car could be fixed! The paint matches perfectly, you can't even see that I had been rear-ended! I was updated every day, and it was finished a day ahead of schedule! He could have easily "totaled" my car but instead decided to let me put another one or two hundred thousand miles on it! I am so grateful to Nathan and his team for doing an excellent job and going out of his way to make me happy! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I will always recommend Gerber and return if needed. Kept me updated as to when the vehicle would be ready and took care of a rental for me when the rental company the insurance set up failed to respond. They called the insurance to set up another rental company and dropped me off to get the rental. Great all around.

We recently had a van with moderate front end damage. The estimated repair time was 2 weeks. It was done 3 days early and looked great !!! In the office, Wendy and Nancy are always very friendly, helpful, and professional and make this experience easy to get through. Let's face it, it's not really a good thing when I have to come see you but they make it a pleasure !!!

We found the people at Gerber Collision to be very friendly and helpful. We were able to get our estimate From Gerber Collision in Garner within two days of the accident. They reported the estimate to our insurance company immediately. They scheduled the repair for two weeks later, which was much sooner than our experience with other repair shops. They were able to make the repair in one day. The repair work was excellent and the service people made this a pleasant experience.

The staff at Gerber was awesome, particularly Jeff! He was very helpful, answered all my questions, kept me updated every day about my car, and even had my car done within 3 days! I didn't even need a rental. It was amazing. I really appreciate him making sure it was done so soon so I could avoid the headache of a rental. I'm extremely happy with my service from Gerber.
