The repair could not have gone smoother. Everyone from the receptionist to the owner were personable and professional. After the original estimate they took my car in almost immediately and completed the body work in no time. The work was flawless. I've had bodywork done in the past at other body shops and this one will be my go-to shop moving forward.

I give Tom 5 stars . Very polite he look over my Whole car and explain everything to me. And even gave me a tip on how to clean my battery.. Great Customer Service . I give body and details workers 5 stars. I couldn't even recognize my car when it was done. Just Beautiful. They all did a amazing job. Highly recommended by me and my Fiance. He was completely shocked. He was so happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH TOM AND GERBER COLLISION AND GLASS. The receptionist was so sweet and polite. Great customer service to. 5 stars for her to.

They did a very nice job of keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle. They texted me regularly and also called twice a week just to let me know when the expected finish time was. They were also very speedy in getting the parts in for my vehicle.

From walking in and being greeted by two professional and kind Danielle and Molly and then being taken care of by Jim, I felt that everything was going to go smoothly. Having Danielle and Molly being the first and last people you see is a real asset to your company. I have been a Gerber customer for several years and this crew was great. Being kept informed with a follow up call was nice. Remember these 3 when bonus time comes around.

Stopped off at Gerber today and talked to Chuck and he helped me figure out what was wrong with my trunk not working correctly. Told me if got the two parts I needed to fix the problem, he would help install them for me with no charge. Chuck was very helpful in fixing my trunk problem and answering all my questions. I would recommend Gerber for solving body repairs.
