Just a short thank you note for the outstanding performance of the young man at your front desk. I went to have my rear window replaced because of the heavy tinting which was causing back-up accidents. Be he pointed out that all I had to do was remove the tinted paper...which he did for me. So I'm now going through life telling everybody I meed that GERBER IS THE GREATEST!

I had an unfortunate minor accident which left damage to the front of my vehicle. From the initial assessment to the pick up of my vehicle, I was updated daily via text (great idea, no extra phone calls but still know what's going on). Bob, Steve and Amber we're true PROFESSIONALS from beginning to end. Even after I through them a curve ball and added the replacement of my heavily pitted windshield, they still got the vehicle done 1 day early. The mechanical work is perfect, the paint is an exact match and heck, they even thoroughly cleaned the entire inside of my vehicle. Just a pleasure to deal with them. They made an unfortunate accident much easier to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate one minute to use them again. Just a top notch crew. Thanks guys.

It was amazing! The personnel was so respectful. They made me feel comfortable the minute I walked in the door. I was updated daily and I was always knowledgeable as to what was going on and to when my truck would be ready for pickup. They keep to their schedule and delivered my truck in A+1 condition.
