I brought my 2014 subaru legacy there after it was hit by another person. I was welcomed by Jenny (the front desk receptionist) who was very helpful and nice. Laura Schwann was my estimator and was in constant contact with me through the whole process. She was very friendly and helpful as well. She had an estimate ready for me within 20 minutes of bringing my car there the first time. When my car was ready within 24 hours which was great! I was working on Saturday when it was finished, so Laura said that I could pick it up on Monday morning without any problem and I was allowed to keep the rental over the weekend because the shop was closed on Sunday. I picked up my car on Monday morning without any issues. Since my car was in the shop over the weekend, it was dusty so they were nice enough to wash it again. They even cleaned the inside ... so it looked like my car had been detailed. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and every one of my interactions with everyone there was positive. Susan is the finest customer service representative that I have encountered in years! She was respectful, kind, emapthic, and knowledgeable all at the same time. This car issue happened when I had zero time and energy. She met me where I was and took care of everything! TJ did amazing work on my car that is almost vintage! Parts had to be found states away. He kept me informed almost daily, as things took a bit longer due to the scarcity of car parts. The finished product was better than expected. Susan and TJ made an inconvenient situation very comfortable. Thanks to you both!

I wish when I owned my business I was blessed to have a complete group as you do. WOW the customer is cutting way short. My last feedback I wrote that my car looked as if it just rolled off the assembly line....Far better than that.
