I have never used a car repair shop that made me feel more comfortable and at ease with the entire process. This was the best experience that I have had dealing with a collision repair shop in my life! The staff was fast, professional and detail oriented. They contacted me within an hour of USAA contacting them and made coordinated an appointment to estimate the damage and repair my truck. The repairs were completed the next day and the truck looked better than before the wreck! The wreck had been a rear end collision, they replaces the rear bumper and pad. However, they also found and repaired some body damage that I had not seen, as well as checked my backup sensors, truck frame and tow hitch connections. I was surprised when I received the phone call the next day that the repairs were completed and did not have a ride to go pick up the truck, so the manager drove to my house to pick me up! And to top it all off, the entire truck had been ... washed and detailed inside and out. I do not have a lot of experience with body shops, but this business performs high quality work, very quickly and provides outstanding customer service! read more

Everything at Gerber was thoroughly explained to me and they were in frequent communication (phone/email) to let me know where my car was in the process. My car was delivered before the estimated due date. It was clean and looks/runs great.
