I cannot say enough about this shop! Jeff, the Production Manager, and the whole team worked a miracle for me! I was struggling to find a good time to drop off and pick up my car because of work. Insurance won't pay for your rental if you take an extra day to pick up your car. The Production Manager and Jeff had a quick discussion and decided they could get my car in and out in 1 day! 1day! Wow! Dropped my car off in the morning, got it back in the evening. The work is gorgeous, the car was nicely cleaned, and the staff was superb. This went so far above and beyond! Other shops were telling me a week or more, these guys got it done in a day and for far less money. I will point all my friends and family to this shop in the future. I am truly impressed!

Gerber made the repair process a breeze, I was even about to leave the rental , for enterprise to pick. Kevin walked through the damage with me and make me feel even more comfortable. Gerber Collision fixed the rear bumper of my brand new Subaru Crosstrek which was subject to a hit and run recently on March 24, 2018. Gail and Elaine at Gerber made sure that my car got the gentle treatment that only a "brand new baby" would get - perhaps this has something to do with the name of the business "Gerber"! Elaine educated me about how they do a total scan of the computer controlled systems that are now part of all cars as the final step. The attention to quality reminded me of an old Hanes commercial where the lady in charge of final quality inspection says "They don't say Hanes until I say they say Hanes"! We need to coin some line like the above for Gerber Collision & Glass. I thought of putting a photo of the repair work but did not want to take a chance of having someone else (or the ... same driver) target me again for another hit and run ;) read more
