I love this business. Great follow up, it gets done when they say, and they don't make you wait around wasting your time. The women are cute, too. I've had work done before, but none has ever surpassed the service level of this business. Way to go! Nothing personal, but I do hope I don't see you for a while. But if I need body work, this is where I'll go.

I went to Gerber collision in Brunswick Ohio to get an estimate. They gave me an estimate on the spot told me it would be a two day repair. It was the whole staff was very polite and explained everything they matched the paint color Perfect. They took me home after dropping off the car and pick me up to pick up too. I had an excellent experience and wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received last week. Miss Sherri didn't turn me away like the other two Gerbers I went to, she got up and never missed a beat , From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with genuine care and professionalism. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. She informed me she wasn't a progressive shop and helped me getting my estimate from progressive and got me scheduled in. I wasn't going to send a review, but the other two shops were so unprofessional just not willing to help me, and I walked in this location and the manager helped me. Great Staff as well!
