The initial inspection was easy and straightforward. We set a date, arranged for an enterprise rental, and it worked out the way the staff said it would. No surprises, good customer service each time I called, as well as face-to-face interactions. The vehicle was ready on time (one day early, actually), and the body collision repair is good as new. The one small "grow" occurred when I picked up the vehicle, and the windows/door locks did not work. I went back inside, told the tech, and he had it fixed in 10 minutes easy. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would bring my vehicles back to Gerber.

Great service at Gerber collision center. The employees are organized. You can tell who is doing what while in the waiting area. I had a chance to work with Mr. C who got my vehicle in for the scheduled appointment. Surprisingly the work was completed to satisfaction on the same day. I have picked it up and saved on rental. Kudos to Cassat location team.
