My wife hit a deer on the way to work. I took her car to get an estimate at Gerber collision. Tom looked it over and gave us all the details of what needed to be fixed. They started working on it a couple of days later. Tom was in constant contact with us. He continually updated us with the progress and what other hidden damage was found. When completed, Tom walked us through the entire repair, showed us pictures of the hidden damage they found and took the time to answer any questions we had. I would definitely work with Tom and Gerber collision again and would highly recommended their business to anyone!

Above and Beyond. From the moment I called and talked to Nicki and Andrea, I knew I was in good hands. They took great care of me on the phone and in the office. My claim was written up by Jay. He is amazing! Great to work with and made me feel comfortable leaving my "baby" with him. I also dealt with Jason. He was great! When I picked up my car he showed me all the work. It was pouring out so he had the car wiped off so I can see the work. I did not notice everything until I started to look around while driving. The whole inside was clean and vacuumed! The windows were even done! You are amazing. The car was buffed and clean. I have been shouting your praises to everyone I know. I have posted on YELP as well as your website and Facebook. Thank you for making this horrible experience great!

I am extremely happy with the customer service and technical staff at Gerber Collision & Glass for their great job they've done to repair my car. My bumper looked brand new once the work was completed. They kept me informed of their progress every step of the way, and addressed any questions I asked in a very professional manner. I went back to get my headlight checked and they replaced a new bulb that was needed for free. I also asked about removing a dent that had been made earlier (from a rock) on the hood of my car, and they gave me a great referral who removed it perfectly. I used their service to repair the windshield to my husband's car and they came to his workplace and repaired it quickly while he continued to work that day. I've recently moved to a different home with a very narrow garage door and I scratched one side of my ... car. I went back to Gerber in hopes they could fix it. They repaired it right there on the spot in less than 20 minutes and gave me tips on how to maintain it. You can not ask for better service from a caring staff who does whatever they can, at a very reasonable price, to keep you car in great looking and working in good/great condition. They don't nickel and dime you to death like other companies either. Thank you Gerber Collision and Glass staff for doing such a great job! I will definitely go back to them for any future repairs needed to the body of my car. read more
