First of all service and repair was very good. I didn't give you 4 stars because a promise was not met. I had a couple of scratches and I was told that out of courtesy they would be buffed out no problem. Well, they were not buffed out because it was impossible to do. But the guy insisted they would not be a problem.

When I selected Gerber Collision to perform the repair work on my car I had no previous experience or knowledge about this company. The first person I met there was Jean, the lady who took all my information about myself and my car. This lady knows her stuff! Jean is fast and very efficient. Bob H is the man who inspected my car and explained to me exactly what had to be repaired or replaced to restore my car to like new condition. Bob pointed out a few things that I did not even see until he showed them to me. I'm glad he did point those things out and it was my decision to go ahead and fix it right. The boys back in the shop did a great job too. When I inspected my car with Bob after the repairs everything looked great and I am well satisfied. Thanks to the Titusville Gerber Team. I brought my car in Monday it was in a accident the the back needed some work done to it they did a rear body and floor trunk LID rear lamps rear bumper. My service was STELLAR! Chad was caring, sensitive, empathetic and kept me updated at all times. He eased my fears about the damage to my beloved Lexus from the start. I've had other cars fixed at Gerber and when the tow truck driver told me he had to take my car to some random lot, I said "heck no" and paid the $125 for him to take it (and me) to Gerber. I knew once I got there I would be all good, despite the stress of my accident. Gerber even had my back making sure I knew I could get reimbursed from State Farm for the towing. Now that's some serious customer service. I cannot say enough great things about Gerber in Holly Springs. the ladies at the front desk are even fabulous. They will hunt down a rental car for you if you are having problems. They care, period!
