The customer service was extraordinary. I brought my car in at 9 am. It was fixed by 9:45 a.m. (My rear left bumper had to be repaired.) From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, everyone I met and talked with was friendly, professional, and diligent - they reviewed everything with me before and after the repair. I have car insurance with AAA. They referred me to Gerber. I'm SO glad they did.

My SUV was backed into and my front bumper needed to be replaced. Gerber was chosen by the insurance company of the person who hit my car. They did everything - it was like being in a luxury hotel. They contacted the rental car company to come get me when I dropped off my SUV for repair. I had it back in 4 days and they even took the rental car back for me so I could do the exchange on my lunch break. They had my SUV waiting under protection from the inclement weather. All I had to do was sign some papers! My SUV looks great and my experience was great. I am very pleased and impressed. I will highly recommend them and will go to them on my own from now on. Staff was courteous and professional. Very helpful. I had collision repair on back bumper. Looked like new when completed. Actual price was a little less than original estimate. Also washed and vacuumed the car. Would definitely recommend.

The repair on my vehicle was done quickly but with high quality workmanship. My vehicle looked amazing when I picked it up. I was very happy with the repair and service. Anthony T. Sr. was my Estimator. Anthony is very friendly and you can tell Anthony loves his job. Anthony kept me informed through every step of the repair and he truly cares about the customer. I will definitely use Gerber Collision again in the future if needed and I will recommended Gerber Collision to my friends and family.
