Emmie T. did an exceptional job working through all the "snags" in locating the after-market parts needed for our truck. I showed up at Gerber today with my Cadillac. Chris G. was nice enough to help me and buff my front and rear bumper from an incident from the Botanic Gardens parking lot. I returned to some damage on my car and I have been worried about getting it fixed. Chris made the process painless and he even offered to touch up my right front rim for me. A+++

I needed my back bumper on my Miata repaired after my mechanic accidentally put a deep gouge in it during a repair. I've taken all my cars to Gerber for body work and they did another terrific job with repairing and repainting my bumper. The paint matching is excellent. I'm very happy with their work and the professionalism of the staff. I always recommend them to people I know who need auto body work done. They are the best.

My wife and I have always used Gerber Collision because of the outstanding work and their attention to detail. A couple of weeks ago my wife was involved in a fender bender which did minor damage to our Traverse; Gerber Collision had us back on the road in no time. About a week later my wife and I were driving to OKC when my traction control light came on. Monday morning, I called Dave at Gerber and he said to bring it in and they would check it out. I received a phone call from Dave Monday afternoon letting me know that the traction control issue wasn't related to the wreck, however Gerber Collision fixed our Traverse, at no cost to us. Outstanding Customer Service; Kudos to Dave and Team.

At the end of the day, most employees are ready to go home and the last thing they want to see is a customer coming through the front door at 10 minutes to closing time. I felt bad about walking in so late in the day but I was assured by the lady at the front desk that they still had time. Within minutes, Miquel D. introduced himself and asked to see my car. My car had been tapped twice and had minor scrapes and a couple of dents in the rear bumper. Miguel was extremely polite, asked for my keys, and in less than five minutes had completely buffed out the scrapes! I started to go back in and pay and he said there was no charge. I thought the customer service that Miguel provided was above and beyond what I expected. It is employees like him who give Gerber Collision & Glass a five star rating.
