Friendly, courteous, quick, quality service! Had limited time to get my vehicle repaired and they were able to accommodate to my schedule. Customer service was amazing, Management (Matt) was so helpful and explained every detail to me reassuring of me of their process, (Sierra) was awesome with keeping me informed from day one, the rental car service (Enterprise) that they used was excellent. Rick E. the Production Manager, personally came out to my car and fixed my left front quarter for free by replacing the mounting bolt connecting it to the bumper. This was not even covered by their warranty since it was unrelated to the outstanding insurance repair Gerber performed on my car 5 years ago. This underscores how Gerber Collision and Glass truly cares for its customers even if there is no profit to be gained. Thanks again. Gerber collision and glass did a great job repairing my 2017 Ford F-150. I had somewhat decent damage to the front of my truck and it only took four days to repair at Gerber. My truck looked the same as when I bought it brand new last year. The repairs were spot on, the inside of the truck was cleaned and spotless as well as the outside. The employees were very nice and helpful as well. I would highly recommend using Gerber.

I was involved in an accident in 2015 I recently started having my drivers for catch on my front fender. It caused paont chips on my door. I went into the shop and Rick E started to help me. He looked at my car then pulled up the work they performed on it back in 2015. Apparently my front fender wasn't damaged in the accident. Rick saw that I was upset and offered to realign my fender fender and to touch up the paint chips that i had in my door. Rick and the while team was nothing but helpful and professional. I will definitely be recommending gerber to everyone who needs auto work done. Rick has definetly made me a life long customer!

From the moment you step in you get white glove service much like you experience at high-end retail shops or with quality providers like USAA. Everyone from the front desk to the manager to the person who moved my car treated me like a priority customer. I've already raved about this location on Yelp and will be sure to recommend to others in the USAA network. For comparison the last in-network place I took it to didn't even bother to wash my car afterwards. I was impressed to find not only my car washed by Gerber, but waxed and cleaned inside and out. Keep up the good work -all of my future business and recommendations will come here.

From the lady who I spoke with to make an appointment to the guy who gave me a quote on the damages to the guy who walked me out and shook my hand when I was picking up and getting in my car.
