The customer service from the lady Sabrina I received was phenomenal. She explained more information to me than my own insurance while I was waiting for my estimate. She told me she could make a reservation for me, communicate questions from insurance on my behalf and she made this entire bad situation more comfortable for me so I could get back some normalcy in my life. The estimator gentleman Michael was just as great, he explained the repairs necessary and even prepared me that other damages might be possible rather than telling me what I might of wanted to hear he explained the process very professional and in depth. Jason is very thorough about explaining what repairs need to be done and also what might come up as the repairs are being made. Making the customer aware of what might come up is very comforting instead of finding out later. The whole process and the quality work is excellent. This has been my second time with them and would highly recommend getting repairs done here.

Excellent service Kim was great to work with. They went beyond the door repair and fixed the other side as well after I tried to fix with clue, also cleaned up the door runner where I had a lot of oil/dirt from trying to keep door from freezing in winter. I recommend them to anyone.

Car repair experience with this Gerber location is wonderful. The entire staff there works great. The Estimator Mc Kinney examined the damaged thoroughly and helped me understand the repairs required. Rick E and his staff took care of the car professionally with extra care for a paint on side mirror......Definitely recommend to friends

While I can't yet speak to the long term durability of the repairs on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma, I can say that the entire staff was exceptional and to date (about a month out now) the repair looks great and the truck drives fine!! The front office staff was superb. Professional and Courteous! I especially want to recognize Ms Amanda P, my estimator. She is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and kind people I have ever worked with in ANY service business. She was there to help me in any way possible. Your company should use here as the model for all others to emulate....she is THAT GOOD.
