I was kept informed and customer service from Tom was above and beyond. If I need collision repairs in the future this is the only place I will trust with any of my cars. Thank you. Thumbs up.

We could not believe what a wonderful job Danny and Hollis did on our vehicle! The damage was expertly repaired and painted along with it being immaculately cleaned! They did an expert job inside and out. There are no more love bug stains on the bumper! Which in itself is a daunting task! I had a wonderful experience with the Gerber team at the Amelia Street/Orlando location! Everyone that I encountered was very professional and kind, and I really appreciated the excellent communication and attention to detail that I received. The work that was done on my car looks incredible - like the damage never happened at all. I'd especially like to call out Maureen and Amy, who were both delightful to work with and made my experience very easy and carefree. Obviously having damage to your car is not pleasant, but Maureen and Amy were just so kind to me and made this an unexpectedly pleasant experience. You can tell they they are really good at what they do and that they care about the customer. I would certainly recommend this location to friends and family in the future!
