A truck threw a piece of rubber that got caught in my wheel well and damaged the bumper clips and splash shield. Evan gave my a quick, accurate estimate and got the parts in quickly. He had them installed while I waited andeven managed to find some touch up paint for the one little nick in the bumper! I am more than satisfied with my repair!

The customer service from the lady Sabrina I received was phenomenal. She explained more information to me than my own insurance while I was waiting for my estimate. She told me she could make a reservation for me, communicate questions from insurance on my behalf and she made this entire bad situation more comfortable for me so I could get back some normalcy in my life. The estimator gentleman Michael was just as great, he explained the repairs necessary and even prepared me that other damages might be possible rather than telling me what I might of wanted to hear he explained the process very professional and in depth. Although the repairs were going to take longer than I would of liked I think the way they handled my process was genuine and worth waiting.
