Gerber in Downers Grove,IL was so welcoming after i had issues with the Gerber in Naperville(Ogden Ave). Rick K took great care of me and making sure the job was done right. He keep me updated with everything along the way and they had such great customer service there! At pick up Rick E. walked me out went over everything, my car looked great. It just shows how taking care of the customer is their priority. Rick K. even followed up after I picked up because he couldn't be there. I call that above and beyond! Thank you so much for the most professional, friendly, easy experience in getting my car serviced. The staff was super kind and courteous and extremely efficient. Also, they worked on the car as if they were working on their own cars. It shows in how it looks and runs. When their was a delay in getting parts, the office staff coordinated flawlessly with the rental car place so I didn't have to do anything to get the rental car extended. I would like to especially acknowledge these individuals who directly serviced my car and my requests: Jose, Devin, Meghan, Frank, Brad, and Clayton. I will definitely recommend you as often as I have the opportunity.
