Trust. Trust is important when dealing with a body or auto shop. We are new to Anthem, and I didn't know who to trust my wife's Grand Cherokee, Summit Edition to. My vehicle a Lincoln MKS was recently totaled. I was not at fault and requested that it be taken to Gerber Collision . This was the second time I had been rear ended in this vehicle and the first time it was repaired at Gerber. The staff are so professional and the whole situation which is normally not a pleasant situation, was amazing. I want to say a special "thank you " to Chuck A. who is the Estimator. Fantastic service, and an unbelievably fast return of my vehicle. Turned it in Tuesday morning and got it back Friday afternoon after repairing the rear clip and repainting (plus replacing the missing Cargo Net hooks:-). Everyone I interacted with there from the front desk, to the General Manager were great to work with and they all know how to take care of a customer .
