Very patient staff, could not have had a better experience. Had issues with getting picked up for my rental. Gail went above an beyond calling and switching it to a closer location. She also had me taken there. I cannot thank her enough for dealing with my barrage of questions. She was always smiling an sweet. Love this location an will definitely refer others an use them for future incidences. Only disappointment is that the car was finished ahead of schedule and I had to say goodbye. The car looks impeccable. Thank you guys for making my little one an I like family.

From the moment I set up the estimate appointment through my car being fixed, I was updated frequently by voicemails and text messages. Everyone who works at Gerber from the Secretary to the Mechanics greeted me with a warm smile. I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely recommend to family and friends. As I stated above everyone was easy and wonderful to work with, especially Steven and I believe the other name was Tyler.

As soon as they knew the insurance company was going to send a check, they called to schedule service. They accommodated our vehicle during our vacation so we would not have to bother renting a car. Both women I dealt with at the desk were efficient and courteous. The vehicle was returned in excellent condition including vacuuming of the inside!
