At the risk of going overboard with my compliments, my experience dealing with the folks at the Wilmington Gerber facility was really exceptional. Getting an estimate was easy as was scheduling the appointment to repair my car; I was timely advised of the progress in completing the repair and the results were awesome. Very friendly and professional. Not looking for any more accidents but should it happen, I sure know where to take my car!

Three years ago, when it was Auto Art, we had a small job done on our 2012 Nissan Quest. They reattached a body panel for about $130. Recently, the body panel came loose again, and I figured another $130 to put it back was fine. Upon calling, I found out that they are no longer Auto Art and made the appointment to get it looked at and possibly fixed that same visit. Well, they fixed it right away during the initial appointment and get this!...they fixed it for free! No way I thought, nor expected, Gerber to fix it for free especially since it was Auto Art who had done the work. Wow! You can bet I'll use them for any other service in the future.

The job was done as promised and I even got it back before I expected it to be finished. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because I have to return becasue my door locks didn't work with the button in the door handle. I waited about 30 minutes and all it needed was to be reprogrammed. This should have been checked prior to returning my vehicle to me. They also cleaned the interior.

Staff here is great. Justice was very quick to respond and definitely anticipated client needs. It is clear the entire staff works together in unison to make a horrible situation (vehicle collision and glass repair) as easy and simple as they possibly can. Thank you staff for all you do. While I hope to never have to see you again, if I need to, I will only request this location.

Very patient staff, could not have had a better experience. Had issues with getting picked up for my rental. Gail went above an beyond calling and switching it to a closer location. She also had me taken there. I cannot thank her enough for dealing with my barrage of questions. She was always smiling an sweet. Love this location an will definitely refer others an use them for future incidences. Only disappointment is that the car was finished ahead of schedule and I had to say goodbye. The car looks impeccable. Thank you guys for making my little one an I like family.
