Gerber made a nerve racking situation easy prompt and pleasant. Ashley was was my estimator and she basically held my hand through the whole process. My appointments were prompt and she made sure that I was always informed during the process. She helped set up my rental car and even helped me turn it in when my car was ready. Gerber only had my car for a few days and they gave it back to me in better condition than before the car accident. Although I don't want to see her again (for obvious reasons) I'd highly recommend Gerber Thanks Ashley!

My truck was hit and Gerber did a great job working with the person's insurance company so that my truck was repaired in one week! They also set up the rental car reservation and they were very detailed in all aspects. Should we ever need a repair in the future, we will definitely go back.

The staff at Gerber made me feel comfortable from day 1. Derek H the estimator explained the procedure and the time frame for the repair. I got regular phone updates on the progress of the repair which was a plus. My car was completed in the time frame that was promised and I am very happy with the end product. Great Customer Service and a repair job well done!!! I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber Collision to anyone that needs vehicular repair.

This is a follow up to feed back I left from a couple days ago. Driving my truck home after I picked it up I had an oil pressure problem occur and in my feedback I wondered if it had anything to do with the body work done at Gerber. I doubted it but decided to ask to make sure Yesterday I found that the problem was in no way due to any work that was done at your shop. Everything with the body work was great as was the customer service
