Randy Garman and Katie Cargill treated me like family. I was misdiagnosed with a cancerous tumor in jaw which led to being rear ended in Springfield IL, 3 blocks from my surgeons office. Needless to say I was a basket case. From the first day I stepped foot into your shop in Pekin I cried and ranted on about my health my car. Both Katie and Randy handled me with warmth and compassion. They repaired my car like new. kept me in the loop as to texts messages on where my repair was in process. Excellent in all respects, from a welcoming receptionist, to the estimater who explained fully what damage was found and to be repaired, to a very prompt repair, considering parts had to be ordered. Finally, upon pick up, my car looked brand new.. Gerber even gave it a complete cleaning inside and out !

I live in Coeur d'Alene, ID so I took my Honda CRV to the Gerber's near my home. They were 2 weeks before they could even look at it. Fortunately they are a national company and said that they could call the other Gerber's in Spokane, WA to see if they could fit me in sooner. One day later I get a call from Michael from the Spokane Gerber's and he had it in for evaluation and getting all the parts needed for the repair. Michael called me every Tuesday and Thursday with an update. When my car was ready Michael drove my car to my home. My little Honda looked brand new! However it had a slight shutter at slow speed. Without any hesitation Michael took it back and resolved the issue. The battery needed replaced from the impact, but some software codes needed reset.
