Jessica Lollis from the start is phenomenal she is the sweetest most kind person who really helped me with this stressful time. Im so thankful she was there. Jim did a great job accessing my car asking me all kinds of questions making sure that the things that were wrong with my car got taken care of. Very thorough! I love the texting feature that kept me updated on the progress very handy! Upon picking my car up i got to meet with Tommie the manager and he was so kind and kept thanking me for my business. I was very pleased with the results of my repair. It is almost impossible to tell where the damage was on the rear end of my car. The staff that I communicated with while my car was being repaired could not have been more professional and friendly. The repairs did take a little longer than was originally thought, however some parts had to be special ordered. Would definitely recommend this service center to anyone in need of body repair.

While I was on vacation, my car was hit by a mower. When I got home, I took my car to Gerber, and Jorge provided me with an estimate that was way more accurate than what the insurance had quoted me. He was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the whole process as this was the first time I had to do this. The work that was done on my car was fantastic. The car was only 3 months old when it when in and it came out looking just as good as the day I bought it. The guys in the shop did a fantastic job. When I picked up the car, Jim had come outside to walk me through exactly what was done, and he provided me with excellent instructions on how to care for the new paint over the next few months. I could not have asked for a better experience for my first body repair than what I got from these guys. I will definitely return for any ... future body work. read more

Your production manager, Rick E., helped me out today and did a great job! My car had recently been repaired at Gerber but I later noticed that the headlights weren't working (or so I thought). I asked if I could bring it in and he saw me right away. After a quick inspection, he showed me that the lights were in fact working, but I was using my brights stick incorrectly. (It's been a long time since I've driven at night and I guess I just didn't know how my own car works.) He somehow managed to not make fun of my ignorance, but I hope he gets a good laugh with the guys about it later. Thank you!
