I cannot say enough praise for the body/paint department. My vehicle looks amazing. If you were to look at my vehicle you would never know it was in an accident. The paint matches and looks amazing. They gave me an estimated time for when it would be done and they stood by it. Gerber in Normal, THANK YOU for an outstanding job. I have already told my friends to go there for body repair/paint.

I have to tell you how very p!eased I was with everyone at the Buffalo Grove Illinois location! I had read some reviews that were critical about wait times and everything , so wasn't sure before going in. But I walked in at 7:30 AM and was out before 8:30 with a rental car. The receptionist Ashley ( hope I spelled it right ) helped me right away and was so nice! They took my car in for assessment right away and Jacqueline came out to talk with me about her assessment of the damage. I was again taken to reception area and helped by Ashley. ( I had called my insurance company the day before so all my info was already in). They had Daniel from Enterprise rental cars there within about 15-20 minutes who was also terific, very polite and helpful. I was so pleased that the entire process took about an hour. I'd love to give more than 5 stars. I dropped my van off on 9/7/18. Scheduled to get it back on the 28th, got it back on the 19th. Had a question about it today the 20th, drove it over there and they took a look. Answered my question. Very nice, sweet and professional. I will definitely take my cars back there.
