Every Tuesday and Thursday i would get a follow up call from her just to keep me informed. The work done was great the car looks brand new after recieving pretty bad front end damage as i hit head on.

This is my 5th time using Gerber. This time I was in for two small repairs, the front grill of my car, and the rear passenger door hinge. From start to finish I was treated professionally and with respect. Ben, the estimator was friendly and knowledgable and made me feel as if my vehicle would be fixed with no issues and at a fair price. Not only that, the day that I dropped it off for repair, he called me to let me know that they had actually been able to make the original door hinge work OK and gave me the option of not replacing it if I was comfortable with the fact that while it was currently OK it might cause problems down the road. How often does a ship try and save the customer money? I have recommended this shop to friends and family in the past and would do so again in the future! Gerber in Plainfield did an exceptional job. They were helpful, courteous, prompt and the repair work on my son John's passenger front fender and door was top notch. Couldn't even tell there had been damage. The receptionist at the front desk was so pleasant and accomodating. The estimator Eddie V. went the extra mile in making our repair work painless. I am in awe with the the whole process from dropping the car off until it was finished 48 hours later. I was updated continually on the progress by text and calls. They tied in with Enterprise Rentals so I didn't have to arrange that. But most importantly, the repair on my 2016 Mazda 3 Grand Touring in Soul Red appears to be new again after being rear ended by a motor home. Two days? All genuine Mazda parts? I will be talking them up for some time.
