The staff is always pleasant and courteous and the car was always done before the estimated date given. We will recommend this shop to all of our friends and family. Jessica was amazing at keeping me updated on the arrival of parts and made sure everything comming in matched the interior of my car (one piece was discontinued in the color I needed) by offering to paint the part that did not match. Overall the customer service there was very friendly and helpful.

OMG! My car was returned to us in sparkling condition. We just had the rear bumper replaced from a minor accident and when we picked the car up it had been detailed from bumper to bumper and the entire interior detailed. My 2008 Jeep hasn't been that clean since I bought it. Oh and the bumper looks great too! Thank you for going above and beyond! Definitely 5 stars!!! Oh and did I forget to say that the staff were friendly and courteous and made sure we were well informed? They gave us an initial timeframe of 3 days and had it completed in two days. We definitely recommend Gerber Collision. Thank you.

Took my work van in to get repaired after being hit. the damage looked like they were going to have to cut out a large section of the side panel and weld a new piece in. They were able to get it all straightened out and you cant see were a single crease was.

Great service that was quick and very accommodating. Online progress for tracking was a nice touch. Location was usually lacking parking Was the only downside. In the end, love the work this place does. I'll definitely go back if I need this service in the future.
