My experience with Gerbercollision was over the top (fantastic). Hector R. was as good as they get. He kept me informed every step of the way during my repairs. I wish there were more STARS to give this site. My care looks brand new, it looks like they painted the entire car. I just had some rear damage, but they made my care incredibly OUTSTANDING. Customer service Beth, wonderful, and my estimator Jorge, always attentive, and on point. Gerber will always be my go to for any collision problems I have.

I chose to use Gerber because my insurance company recommended it. The staff is extremely friendly! They did a wonderful job on my repair work and it was completed right on time. Not only was the car returned to us clean, inside and out, but it also had a full tank of gas. I highly recommend them.

The team in Buffalo Grove Illinois were absolutely fabulous! They were so professional, courteous, efficient and supportive since the damage to my car occurred due to a very large pine tree branch that fell across two lanes of traffic during a lightning storm. They were very thorough in their inspection and explaining the estimate. I picked up my car and found the work to be exemplary. I could not be more satisfied.
