Thursday, 11.15.2018 I cannot say enough nice things about the lovely staff at Gerber Collision and Glass Decatur, Georgia. Everyone one was incredibly nice and helpful to me. I delivered my Subaru to them on Monday, 11.12.2018. The receptionist called Enterprise to pick me up. Whilst I was removing items from my car to put into the Enterprise car, a very nice Gerber employee came out to my car and brought me the hot chocolate that I had left inside. It was raining and cold that day and she said she did not want me to have to go back inside to deliver my car key. She came outside to get the car key from me and to hand me my hot chocolate. How incredibly kind of her. What wonderul customer service. On Wednesday, 11.14.2018, at 12:30 pm, I received a phone call Gerber Collision advising me that my car was repaired and ready for pickup. I ... was surprised and pleased that my car was ready. Whomever did the actual repair work on my Subaru did a lovely job. You would never know that the car had ever sutained any damage. Please be advised that Gerber Collision and Glass Decatur is an amazing place to have your restored. The staff, the technicians, and the overall welcoming friendliness and helpfulness were so appreciated. Customer Service at its finest. read more

Made an appointment to get an estimate to have my left side exterior replaced/switched out. I purchased the mirror from Rock Auto and just needed the old one taken off and new one put on. Justin R. and the person manning the front desk greeted me with a smile and in a professional manner. Mr. R then went out and looked at my vehicle and told me to give him about 10 minutes, I thought he needed to take it in the shop to be able to do the estimate but once he got it in there he began doing the switch of the mirrors. After about 15 minutes the task was completed and he had everything buttoned up. He did an awesome job and then never charged me for his time or labor!! I will recommend Gerber Collision to everybody!! Great Customer Service, Great atmosphere, and great people!!

Turns out problem was due to dealership negligence and they paid everything no questions asked. Couldn't have done it without Jarod's knowledge and assistance!

The initial repair estimate was a bit on the low side but understandable since there were hidden damages found upon further inspection. Gave the insurance claim number - straight forward direct billing. Repair took about 2 days more than originally estimated which was OK since it was attributed to paint matching and reassembly. Picked up the vehicle in pristine condition exterior and interior. Overall a great no hassle experience from the beginning to the end. Highly recommended.
