The service I received was stunning. Jamie V. took care of me and my car, making sure I was satisfied, going above and beyond to make sure my car ended up without any problems whatsoever. A couple days after I got the car back, I heard what I thought was a whistle from the windshield: Jamie coordinating getting it looked at, and we were able to pinpoint the issue (it was a loose rack, not related to the work Gerber had done). I have already told friends and family about the service I received, already one of my coworkers deciding to go to Gerber because of my experience. I am beyond satisfied with the professional and friendly manner in which Jamie and the rest of the employees treated me.

I went to Cary Gerber location after Gerber Holly springs did not have any appts open until Dec 4th. Gail, the receptionist, and Brittany, both were very polite and helpful to listen to all my concerns that I had with my car and with the rental ending December 5th. In spite of not having any open appointments until after thanksgiving week, they accommodated to take my car in to get it fixed before I had to return my rental. Def Saved me money and headache to get it extended. They were nice enough to take my car on the same day of the estimate and mainly dropped me home. I appreciate both of them for listening to my problems before shutting me down and saying "no appointments are available." David was quick and accurate in diagnosing the problem....the Jeep dealer two years ago had misplaced my attena after a routine service visit. David discovered the antena this morning. BRILLIANT! Absolutely had the best experience! I was hit by a commercial vehicle and it was just a horrible experience with their insurance company, but Chris was the person in between going to bat for what was right, he was in constant communication with me, honest and trustworthy. Those all are qualities you want to receive in a company. My car was returned and repairs were great!
