Great service and experience. The shop staff were communicative throughout the process. They are conveniently located in my area and they also work with my car insurance which made the rental car coordination much easier. I received my vehicle in great condition both outside and inside as they took extra care to keep it clean while repairs were being done. Highly recommend!

Excellent service with a very difficult van to find parts for. We have a custom1996 Dodge Caravan and Eric went out of his way to find very difficult parts on our vehicle. When parts came in that were bent, Eric went out of his way to locate new parts that were not damaged. I would work with Eric again in the the future. We highly recommend this shop.

Outstanding and quick work in the repair of my 2007 Mazda MX5 (Miata). Into the shop on Monday 8 Jan and picked up all fixed on Monday 15 Jan. The estimator, Mr. Charles H., was excellent at keeping us informed about the repair work and an excellent job was done. Better than a five star rating! I will so tell my insurance adjuster and highly recommend Gerber work. Thanks for the chance to tell you this about my experience with your shop.

Messed up the front of my car quite badly and it is only about a year and a half old. I was really distraught and the folks at Gerber were wonderful. After finding additional damage, they estimated two weeks but finished with almost a week to spare. Charles was a champ and kept me updated, giving me calls twice a week. I recommend this place to anyone who needs their car fixed up.

Recently my husband's car was hit by someone pulling out of a parking spot at our apartment complex. With him being on deployment I was panicked on what I was going to do. With the help of our insurance I was able to have it towed to the gerber collision and glass here in Everett as I am unable to drive a manual and with in one short week they had it looking better then ever. You couldnt even tell that there had ever been any damage. Not knowing how I was going to get it back home was my next obstacle but the staff at gerber offered to drive it to my apartment complex so I wouldn't have to worry about anything. They will never know how much that meant to me. I would highly recommend there service and expert team on any repairs that you may need they truly do outstanding work and go above and beyond expectations! Thank you gerber collision ... and glass! I found Gerber's service to be exceptional. I had backed into my wife's car in the driveway damaging her right front bumper and fender and putting a hole in the left rear bumper on my vehicle. This was not a good day. I first took my wife's car in and because the car was a 2003 I did not want to put any money into it's repair so Gerber pulled out the dent, reattached the bumper, and buffed out the scratches. They did all of this at no cost to me. I next brought in my car for replacing the bumper and paint. The final product was outstanding. They did all of this at a fair price and with a smile. The staff made me feel welcome and they listened to what I wanted to have done. The service was definitely a five star performance from all perspectives and I highly recommend Gerber.

Wow- IN one day, Out the next. Not a very big hit & run dent below the licence plate bracket (1 1/2" x 1") but deep enough to partially jam the spare tire. You were recommended by USAA who has served us since 1955 so we knew we would be in good hands. We did not know just how good! The damage was just below the plate and now it looks back to brand new. Actually it is back to brand new PLUS because your caring fix the car folks went beyond the call of duty to send us home full of pride for a job well done. Thanks so much for the clean up and detail job inside and out - Touch of Class! When USAA sends a survey you can count on us to return a 5 star report.
