I found Gerber's service to be exceptional. I had backed into my wife's car in the driveway damaging her right front bumper and fender and putting a hole in the left rear bumper on my vehicle. This was not a good day. I first took my wife's car in and because the car was a 2003 I did not want to put any money into it's repair so Gerber pulled out the dent, reattached the bumper, and buffed out the scratches. They did all of this at no cost to me. I next brought in my car for replacing the bumper and paint. The final product was outstanding. They did all of this at a fair price and with a smile. The staff made me feel welcome and they listened to what I wanted to have done. The service was definitely a five star performance from all perspectives and I highly recommend Gerber.

Wow- IN one day, Out the next. Not a very big hit & run dent below the licence plate bracket (1 1/2" x 1") but deep enough to partially jam the spare tire. You were recommended by USAA who has served us since 1955 so we knew we would be in good hands. We did not know just how good! The damage was just below the plate and now it looks back to brand new. Actually it is back to brand new PLUS because your caring fix the car folks went beyond the call of duty to send us home full of pride for a job well done. Thanks so much for the clean up and detail job inside and out - Touch of Class! When USAA sends a survey you can count on us to return a 5 star report.

Fixed in timely manner-great repair job. Detailing was best I've had! Kept me informed via phone call. Joe was wonderful. Jenille was very welcoming. I will tell friends. Love this place. (Note the email alerts are way off-human contact was better and wonderful)

This was a real nightmare for me. A tree fell on both my cars and my insurance adjuster was less than helpful. Gerber went above and beyond to take care of me and my cars. I just can't say enough good about them! Joe & Jarred were so kind and really made up for what was a bad experience with my adjuster. If I should ever need this service again I would not hesitate to take my car to them and I will recommend them to my friends. Thank You Gerber for a job well done!

The service I received at Gerber was excellent! I would highly recommend this company. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was offered transportation to and from the location. The service technician reviewed the repairs with me & discussed the method of repair. The repair cost was very reasonable. I will definitely contact Gerber if I have a need for these services in the future.
