I just HAD to write a review because my experience with Gerber Collision was incredible! Dana helped me from start to finish. She was quick, efficient, knew her stuff and made sure that my car looked like new when I picked it up. They even had it finished before the time that was estimated. All of the staff and employees were just nice people. Very friendly place and atmosphere. Thanks again, Dana :-)

My car was hit overnight and my insurance company sent me to Gerber. As it wasn't my usual car service place, I was anxious to go, but ended up pleasantly surprised. Dana (the woman who does the estimates and handles the business) was amazing. She was super friendly and really knew what she was talking about. My estimate said the car would take 12 days to be fixed. However, I walked out with a brand spankin' new bumper and quarter panel in THREE days! They even washed my disgustingly dirty white car-inside and out. I highly recommend Gerber to everyone, they did an excellent job with my car, and the customer service was impeccable. If you need collision repairs, Gerber is the place to go.

I am so impressed with the experience that I had at Gerber. I dealt mostly with Dana. During the estimation process she was great. She explained exactly what was needed and how she came up with the estimate. When I dropped off the car for repair she explained what to expect. Dana and Rachel were also very friendly, even taking the time to talk to my daughter. During the repair I received updates on the repair. The car was finished quicker then I expected. The repairs done on the car were perfect! Overall, it was the easiest car repair I had ever gone through. A large part of what made it so good was the excellent communication and explanations. The friendly customer service also stands out. A good indication of the excellent customer service is that my daughter wants to go back to Gerber to visit. Thank you very much!

Dana and Rachel were cordial and very helpful. They kept me posted about my car. I didn't talk to any of the crew that worked on my car, but they did an amazing job. My car looks like it just came off of the car dealers lot. Thank you Gerber.

I took my 2002 Mercury to Gerber Collision in Evanston after an accident which resulted in damage to the driver's side door. I could not open the door after the accident. Dana N took care of me, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, but what impressed me the most was that she seemed to take a personal interest in my problem. I was very pleased with the repair. Also, Gerber's estimate was the lowest I received. I do not plan to have another accident, but if I do, I will be taking my car to Gerber in Evanston and I hope that Dana will be there to help.
