Gerber Collision on Greenbay Rd in Evanston fixed my car faster than I expected, and did such a beautiful job, I had to remind myself which areas had needed the work! These folks make you feel well taken care of, from the moment you speak with Rachel, who helms the front desk with friendly professionalism, to having the invaluable reassurance of Dana's warmth and expertise in formulating a spot-on estimate, to seeing the amazing skills of their auto body repair magicians. There were no surprises in the final bill, only my amazement at what a wonderful job they did. Not only was my car like new again, it was pristine inside and out. I can't imagine going anywhere else for auto body or glass repair!

I had such a great experience with Calvin, Rachel and other staff of Gerber. The repair on my car was done well, and finished earlier than promised. It was returned to me clean inside and out. The staff could not have been nicer. I will recommend this shop/location to all that I know. Having an accident and needing car repair is stressful. My experience was much more stress free than I could anticipate.

I took my car to Gerber after gettin rear-ended. It was my first car accident and Dana was great. She assessed my car, took photos, and let me know a new bumper would take a few days to come in. She called during each step of the process and was able to answer all my questions. She was knowledgeable and patient (having never been through this I had a lot of questions). The repair looks great and they even buffed out some scratches on the body of my car. I'll come back again.

Thanks to some remarkably bad luck, I've had to use your services 3 times in 2 years. And wow. You are incredible. The work is done quickly and on time. Everyone I dealt with was responsive, friendly and helpful. And each time the car looks great. Yesterday, someone called my wife to tell us that the car was ready. She said I would be there between 5:20 and 5:30 but we neglected to ask when you close. Meanwhile, I was coming up on the Metra from work to pick it up, and also didn't check closing time. At 5:25, someone called me to make sure I knew you were closing. When I ran in the door at 5:38, everyone was helpful, friendly--and frankly eager to show what a fantastic job they had done. If anyone I know needs auto body work, I will recommend you enthusiastically. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The mirror on my Audi got clipped in a parking lot. There was no obvious cosmetic damage, but the mirror was off track and did not function properly. I brought it to Gerber in Evanston. Dana, the estimator, gave me a rough price of several hundred dollars to replace the mirror. Before proceeding, however, she brought Chris B. out to take a look at the mirror. Chris opened the mirror up, put it back on track and reassembled the mirror while I waited. It now functions perfectly. Best of all, they didn't charge me for their time. I appreciate their honesty in not needlessly selling me a new mirror. I also appreciate the promptness and professionalism they took in taking care of my small, though significant to me, problem. I would use them again and recommend them without reservation.

I found Gerber on Green Bay in Evanston to be an extremely friendly and knowledgeable place and I felt comfortable that they would be able to do an excellent on my car. I was not disappointed. My car of 16 years came out looking brand new. I hope I don't have anymore rusting problems, but, if I do I will head right back to them. Thank you Dana and all the employees At Gerber.

Dana N. and Rachel were outstanding in helping me with my service needs! They were polite, organized and attentive and Dana even stopped traffic to help me get out of the parking lot!!! Now that is service! Gerber also did a very nice job on my car and I was very please with the service all around. I would (and will) use them again in the future!
