My car was brought into Gerber Glass after a hit-and-run. The staff could not have been better. Fantastic customer service, Fast, efficient, and professional in the way they care for your car. I have an electric car. And I was hit in the back. We all learned that in electric cars when you're hit in the back, it disturbs some sensors in the front. It was only through their diligence and Care, that we discovered this fact and were able to re-calibrate the car. They went the extra step to figure ths out. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Gerber glass and particularly want to thank Bill and Fabian for their time and care. Since you don't have an on-line survey (maybe you need one?) I'll answer your questions here: 10 -- Completely satisfied with customer service. It was helpful that I got a ride home when I dropped of my BMW. 10 -- Finished a day early. 10 -- I did have to return for an unforeseen problem with my hood latch -- it was taken care of promptly 10 -- Fabian stayed in regular touch via email to let me know the status of my repairs. 10 -- If it ever comes up I would recommend Gerber in Evanston.

Truly fantastic service. As a victim of a hit-and-run -- I was understandably pretty concerned/frustrated upon arrival. Fabian in particular was very professional and helpful in assuring me that the damage which I thought was catatrosphic was fairly routine and wouldn't be an issue for the techs. The guys did a great job on my car and even cleaned it up for me, which I didn't expect. As a result of some unknown battery issue (probably my fault), some of my car's features started acting out of sorts -- Fabian and his manager personally worked with me to get my car in ASAP and catered to MY schedule, for which I am very grateful. Furthermore the technician (forgot name, sorry) was willing to explain the issue to me at my level. 10/10 -- great people, great service.

Gerber did a fantastic job on my 2014 Camry Hybrid. They repaired damage from two accidents and went above and beyond to fix some additional hail damage. My car looks just like new. I am very grateful to Bill and the team at Gerber in Evanston!

Great customer service and very helpful with rental car issues. They made this major hassle almost painless. Work was done promptly and as promised and was top quality. They even did some touch up work on my bumper that was not part of my claim! I also really appreciated that they not only washed my car's exterior, but they also cleaned and vacuumed the interior! I was treated with kindness and respect in general, which is something one no longer experiences with businesses very often.

I had work done here under the previous management. The door they repaired rusted. I brought it back, 5-6 years later, and they replaced the door, in fewer days than promised. I was very impressed and would recommend them.

I was informed with each step of the process. The open communication is terrific . My car is better looking than before the collision. I am very pleased from start to finish. The estimate was very close to the actual cost. The scheduled drop off and estimated time to completion were just about as accurate. Quality of work of the body work and paint was very good as well. In all a great group of people working together to deliver quality service and work. Hopefully I won't need to go back but if I do will definitely keep them at the top of my list.
