#1. I was appreciated. #2. No after-market parts. #3. All details explained completely. #4. Time estimate was one and one half to two weeks. Vehicle was completed and returned to me in four days. #5. Interior was even cleaned. Will I go back? I hope I don't have to but if I need to, Absolutely!!! You know I'll recommend!

Estimate quick. Processing easy. Coordination with State Farm good (even helped me arrange for a different rental agency when the scheduled company didn't have available car). Finished product like new. Repaired side-swipe damage to left rear. My second time dealing with them..

COMMUNICATION: I did have to reach out to the company about a week to 10 days after dropping my car off to get a status update. This did not impair my ability to get through my day to day but it would have been nice to hear from the company with a timely status update. After reaching out I started receiving text messages with where my vehicle was in the repair process which was nice. QUALITY OF WORK: Overall the vehicle looks pretty good. As discussed when I was dropping off the vehicle, the repaired bumpers are slightly off in color from the original paint but I expected this since I was briefed on it when I dropped it off. The rear mud flaps were not re-installed when I picked the car up but overall I'm satisfied with the work. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LOCATION: I was happy with the customer service at the location. They were kind and ... timely. I didn't have to wait for service for an unreasonable amount of time and they answered all questions that I had regarding the insurance payment and rental car. OVERALL: Great work! I would recommend this Gerber location to someone who is looking for body work. read more

Great service at new Escondido, CA location. Our car was repaired last year at Milo Johnson which was sold to Gerber. There was a minor defect in repair that popped up. Took it in not knowing company changed. General Manager, Jeff J., looked at it, figured it out, ordered parts, communicated timely and followed up to get in and fix the work of previous co. Anyway, a lot of such shops walk away from work, he honored the previous warranty and was pleasant. Not that we want our friends to be in accidents...but we will definitely recommend the shop and jeff.
