Wow the service was great and quick. The staff were friendly and courtious. Sam, looked at my car on Sat morning, I could not drop car off for repars but he told me to call him before I wanted to get repairs done so that her could get the parts needed, on Monday at 5:00 Pm I dropped off the car and I had forgotten to give them a call he said sure you can drop off the car he kept it for two days like he said he would and befor closeing the shop for the day on Wednesday I had the car back and got to take it back home. Thanks to all of the staff at Gerber-Elmhurst, IL. for staying late to get me back into my car I know you have a long drive home after work.

Our 2000 Cadillac was hit badly in the front, we thought it would be totaled, but Gerber made it look like it came right out of the show room. They kept us updated throughout the repair and the car was done on time.

"Damage by unknown cause was detected on my new vehicle in late November. I callled my insurance (Hartford) the same day and they referred me to Gerber in Elmhurst Illinois. My first excellent experience on this claim came on my phoe call. A quick answer and a human being on the other end of the line. That person was Lacey. She was very pleasant, informative and provided good service. I went there the same day within an hour. As I arrived my insurance carrier happened to be on the phone with Lacey at Gerber. Within 10 minutes Lacey had noted the necessary information and brought Sam into the process. Within 20 to 30 minutes Sam presented me with an estimate for the damage. The courtesy , efficient and professional means of Lacey and Sam was so good it almost took the "bite" out of the damage that had been done to my car. It ... was some of the best customer service, I had received in a long time. I had no doubt that is where I wanted to get my car fixed. In early Jan I made an appointment to get the car fixed. All of the same high quality service continued in that process. Again Lacey and Sam were just great. My car was finished in two days, exactly as Sam had stated in the estimate. I picked up the car. The work looked excellent and the car immaculate clean. And I might add the Hartford Insurance handling and service were also First Class. MY Thanks to Lacey, Sam and Gerber. I brought my truck in after being recommended by USAA. When I got there the adjuster, Sam Delegge, was verry nice and professional. He took a good hard look at my truck and listened to what I had to say. When he came back with the estimate, he took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. A couple weeks later when I brought the truck in for repair, I was told that it would be 5 days, but thanks to Matt and the guys in the shop that worked on my truck it was ready to be picked up 3 days later. The work that they did is verry nice, and I'm verry satisfied with the service I recived. Thanks again to Matt and anybody else who worked on my truck.

Had the pleasure of having my windshield replaced at your Lake st. Elmhurst, IL. location yesterday. I just have to say from the girl that set up appt. to Mike and Matt in the Glass and Collision dept. All work performed quickly with quality and even went extra mile to repair small paint problem on my car's 1/4 panel. Thanks Gerber and special thanks to Mike and Matt.
