I want to take this time to commend on the job and the hard work that Mr. Pennella performed in getting my car repaired as well as staying in communication with me while I awaited the repair of my car. The repair of my car took longer than necessary because the insurance comapny wanted to declare the car a total loss. However, after convising the insurance company that the car did not need to be totaled out, they back tracked and decided to allow the car to be repaired. It was during this time that Mr. Pennella stayed in contact with me and kept me abreast of everything from what was damaged to when the repairs would be done. He also contacted with me to report that he wanted to keep the car over the eekend of Jul 22, 2011 to test the car in order to make sure everything was working properly. As a result Mr. Pannella's hard work, I wanted ... to thank him and everyone who had anything to do with repairing my car. I really appreciate the hard work he demonstrated in making sure that everything was fixed and working correctly before turning the car over to me. My husband and I were very please when we received our car back before the time frame that was told to us. The update telephones we received on a regular basis informing us of the progress made. Not to mention that the car was like brand new, if I had to give a rating it would be 100% across the board for everything in every area.
